Welcome to Deo

By using Deo, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree, that's okay – but you won't be able to use the app.

What Deo Does

Deo is an AI-powered wardrobe assistant. You take photos of your clothes, and we help you figure out what to wear. We use artificial intelligence to analyze your wardrobe and make outfit suggestions based on weather, your schedule, and your preferences.

Your Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Deo
• Keep your login information secure
• You're responsible for activity on your account
• One account per person, please

Subscriptions & Payments

Deo offers premium features through subscriptions:

• Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their policies
• Prices may change with notice

Your Content

The photos you upload remain yours. By using Deo, you give us permission to:

• Store your photos securely
• Analyze them with AI to categorize your clothes
• Use them to generate outfit suggestions for you

We will never sell your photos or share them publicly.

What You Can't Do

• Use Deo for anything illegal
• Try to hack or reverse-engineer the app
• Upload content that isn't yours or isn't appropriate
• Abuse, harass, or harm others

Limitations

Deo provides suggestions, not guarantees. We can't promise you'll love every outfit we suggest (though we try our best!). The app is provided "as is" and we're not responsible for fashion emergencies.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you through the app or via email.
